OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Compilation of instructions regarding procedure for appointment to Non-CSS posts in Ministries/ Departments, Statutory bodies, Regulatory bodies, Autonomous organizations requiring approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).

           This Secretariat has issued following instructions from time to time on the aforementioned subject vis-à-vis appointments, advertisement of the vacancy, essential documents, extension of tenure of current incumbent, additional charge arrangement, cancellation of appointment and debarment of candidates:
